Is Short Nails Holding You Back? 8 Amazing Tips That Will Help You Grow Them Long and Strong. FAST!

I’ve never had long nails before, but since coming here I’ve definitely gotten the nail growing treatment. They’re a lot of fun and some of my favorite thing to do with them. However, for some women, having short nails is honestly their best accessory.

From hot wheels to handbags, there are so many other ways people with very short nails show off their nails.

These 10 amazing tips will help you grow them into your favourite claws and have them looking their best (no pun intended) — all thanks to these delicious advice, y’all!

1. Use Bamboo Nails Smoothies

I was very familiar with the Smoothies company and their 6.5-month fruit and veggie smoothies. I believe every girl needs at least one smoothie to start out with, especially for less-developed nails. The ingredients will help your nails look healthy and grow (into perfect nails)!

2. Move It

Faster. Move it. Move it. I know I talk this way with every author I edit and follow on social media. However, in this case, it’s so true. Even if it’s just standing up slightly (my constant lurching along the couch and chairs hasn’t exactly helped my weak nails!), it goes a long way in stimulating and strengthening them (for more on how this works, see More on the Fibonacci Sequence of Nails).

3. TIP No. 4

Break some things in half

You know the Game of Thrones theme songs are ALWAYS going to be my favorite whenever I hear an intro. But those sweet, sweet opening notes in the game of thrones when Arya first speaks to her direwolf pet we’ll forever love. The ending is SO amazing! — and the opening was amazing too. But she breaks the tag-team team into a loose trio when she gets her dreadlocks out, balancing the description of her role as a lead with her support of her family!

4. ‘Nuff said.

5. Kitko Electric Pedal

Most folks have heard of BellaLuna because of their beauty bomb body-shaping creams. But was you ever aware that BellaLuna also makes an amazing electric shaver? This cordless power can let you out of the doghouse and give your nails a nice long rub while you’re holding on for dear life!

6. Cashmere touch

OMG. Cashmere. Cashmere. Cashmere. You know, the blanket that covers your body while making you feel cozy but not dirty. Well, in the winter, it looks like your fingernails are the blanket protecting your fingers from the cold.

7. Coke and tonic

Sometimes it’s really good to just be stoned (I know, it sounds funny to you because you haven’t had a sip of it in years). I’ve definitely tried this one too. It’s probably the only thing that gives my nails a hug and a lift.

8. Buttercup

I am a firefly and my paws need a little bit of litigation. This is a DIY tingly-up hydrating night cream to grow nails on and into your fingernails. It’s super moisturizing and super pliable, so your brittle digits don’t feel the sting from your cold and frosty nights. I would recommend giving it a try; just make sure that you do it properly.

9. Six-pack

I will be sharing this when my days are long over with some doughnuts, but this is my fave formula to use after getting my nails worked on. It’s super hydrating, so your base coat is all that’s needed, but it’s also a little slick that’s perfect for those temp chilly nights!

10. Beard chip

Here is where you can have your cake and eat it too! This top coat keeps your nails taut and super shiny while you peruse your Clorox sales (bacon-flavored Clorox trays included).
