#GlowNails is a social media movement empowering people to create their own rich nail art, while helping others battle many of the causes we struggle with in the world.

Please join me by strapping on your red manicure and joining me on an important step toward better health.

#GlowNails is the best way to aid those living with metastatic cancer.

Nail art is great, but what about the souls who are suffering from a condition which runs rampant throughout the population?

When I found out that every single person at my event who came out to get a manicure and chose to take pictures of themselves was going to be taking a picture in their nails, I knew I needed to do something to help.

We’re trying to pass on awareness for people suffering with two major diseases; both metastatic cancer and mental health.

So bring an action plan and fill me in on how you are helping spread awareness for better health care, sports and the environment.

How can I use my #beauty to make a difference?

I love the #Beauty To Make A Difference campaign (BCAM) on Instagram, which uses the beauty of photos to empower people with mental health issues.

Or maybe you could help change mental health policy. Please share this post with your community in this space on #LIVEbooks.

Fill my comment box with an action you can take to help better health care or other social causes. Maybe you’re planning on rebranding your nail polish. We can work on the third rule together, mental health or nail art.

Join me on some real world action steps that people can take to get better health. If you’d like to see a video from us about the real world challenges people living with metastatic cancer face, please share this post. We can all make a difference together!
