“In older woman, the shape of their elbows or a knotted feeling can present a stumbling block,” Weaver says. “To solve this problem, cut down the shape of your elbows by manipulating them. Sometimes, it’s a tape measure that is helpful. It’s best to start at one elbow and work your way outward.”
