Best Non Toxic Nail Salon in Houston

These are the kinds of stories we dream about. Well, both Springsteen and quality nail polish.

But sadly the news of good things coming out of 2018 is notably, unfortunately not written in the near future, and with it comes the fact that we all need a little bit of time to rack up a few more years. So in order to feel that little bit better about the future, we’ve decided to write what can best be described as a Make Your Nails Grow Faster and Stronger column, where we mention the tips and tricks that have worked for us in the past, or at least have the potential to be a good way to save and invest money in the future. Here, you’ll find instructions on how to better your nails and toes for a more vibrant and comfortable (for everyone but you!) future.

Today’s easy DIY nail art installation:

This is a quick and easy DIY style that uses a clean nail file to create a stylish and eye-catching decorative peel-off the back of your fingertip.

First, with nail file, dab a thin layer of color on to the front of your thumb. And that’s it!

Next, on the same nail file, draw a few thin lines with the edge of the nail on the opposite side of the finger. Repeat with the same color. This helps the nail get a wash of color on the opposite side from the front.

With a toothpick, remove the color from the nail by tapping the toothpick on to the nail, tilting the nail back, and letting go. Then, gently file down and set back up the same way. You can use an alternative nail file to create the same effect, but I think a simple piece of nail polish, just by itself, looks more youthful and easy.
