The functionality of your nails has a huge influence on how you have a constructive work relationship. By using tips from the experts, we can bring you a creative, organized life!

Although you might have your personal style and hobbies in common with your employees, their nails complement your overall professionalism in the workplace. Even the way you dress says a lot about your manner of life and the happiness you bring to your surroundings.

Your Color

At first glance, you might think that nail polish is not the most suitable for the workplace, but you’d be mistaken! If your employees work with something a little more tanned (i.e. fed) or a hint of white, their nails will blend into the background of your workspace. It’s a good omen! It’s better than being tethered to your cubicle chair with a bunch of sparkly nails because they will never distract you while running your office.

For your employees who work with light colors, like buffed heels and light colors, it’s the opposite – a typical example is keeping your employees’ nails pale with few nails and wearing nail polish. Knowing their color will d a nice splash of color to your workplace, and they will immediately blend into your office space.

Texture and Blotting

It seems quite obvious that incorporating undercoat to your nail polish is a great idea to bring out the best in your manicu the longer the nail, the more she’ll require. However, there are a few other physical requirements to take into account: the oiling resistance of your nail polish will increase with the thickness of your nail polishes.

Inexpensive tools like a manicure sponge and a dip-in-a-condiment will do the trick. And while I do recommend the efficacy of a cleaning brush with a scrubbing tool in it, the simplest beauty technique to avoid over oiling your nails is a soak in a cold water bath.

Of course, if you are up for a DIY nail spa experience, you can, of course, get basic personal manicures for just the right amount of extra shine.

Hair and Clothing

If your employees are young, trendy, and like to wear fun clothes, this is a nice way to give them a sense of freedom. Also, try out your employee’s signature hair color for a touch of fun in your employees’ nails: look for colorful or multi-colored nail polishes in the same colors as your employees’ hair!

Don’t stop there, though – how about supporting them while they express themselves by styling their hair. A good way to ensure that your employees take care of their hair is to get a stylist to help and provide them with a rack of extensions and pink gel slippers that you can fill with color that they can color with various products!

Speaking of coloring, if your employees have more defined nails, this is a good way to get their nails to brighten up so that they feel comfortable in a work environment where they would be being challenged.

How to Prepare Your Employees for Your New Team?

Color of your employees’ nails give you a sense of decorum, as well as help you convey that they are professional and expect to be treated like everyone else. When you give your employees nail polishes in a range of colors (even pop-up pinkies are good options) it is almost like testing your new team, since everyone has a different taste. It’s a great way to define your lines and to help your employees differentiate between each other.

There is also a business vantage that comes from having a rich set of colors in your work setting. If your employees are constantly asked to come to meetings with examples of their latest work, it’s a good indication that they are looking to see your profession as something that would appeal to their personal style.

Lastly, be sure to include the Nail Pro collection in your office, so that your employees are able to buy everyday pencils, pencils with a (far more appealing) style, and even nail polishes that match their own nails.Keep in mind that the Nail Pro Collection is also available for everyone: not just our managers, not just our employees, not just the permanent staff, but a fun little present for the co-workers! Developing the Nail Pro Collection gave me a deep emotional satisfaction. When I was deciding on colors for the Nail Pro Collection, I started a spresheet that included over 200 potential shes. A little digging and an endless amount of other research would make you do the same, but I will keep the story short: over the years I’ve created a collection of nail polishes, acrylics, and gel manicure kits for men, women, and children. Each product holds a specific role in the world of manicure design and I make sure that I’m aware of the function of each. I am not a stylist but rather an artist. The names of the colors in the collection tie directly to my different roles: solo stylist, art installationist, workshop manager, art consultant, store associate, cook, family member, shop assistant, chauffeur, chauffeur. For the most part, my choices coincide with specific jobs in my life. Since I work in all three domestic areas of my life — my house, a stable job, and another — the colors in the collection are exactly what I am wearing for each. I feel truly connected to each piece as it really speaks to me; I have also developed new “styles” or things that I like to say to my nails when I wash. I can apply them to any job and you can enjoy all of them yourself. For the full collection, please see: www.nailpro.com/collection/o/
