The first step in Barnes’ manicure involves preparing your nails, and includes gently applying a light shine to your polish. She added that the tip of your manicure and the skin beneath the nails needs to have some natural shine for the polish to catch. How Healthy Nails Can Improve Youself-Esteem
While nails may look like a small part of a person’s beauty routine, they have a big influence on how a person’s body feels. Your nails can stimulate our perceptions on our physical bodies, how they move, look and interpret our moods and feelings. When I feel confident in both of these roles, my body feels better and my self-confidence grows. I love the message of nails being a connection to our body.
